Shockwave/Flash Problems

Guest
Nov 08, 2016 Nov 08, 2016

I have Windows 7.  I use google chrome.  Every time I play aol Texas Hold'em Poker it crashes and then tells me to reload.

This happens quite often when I am playing.  It also slows the game down a lot. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it

has not helped.

Hi,

Please mention the Flash Player version and Chrome Version you are using. If not already updated chrome, do so to use latest flash player.

If the problem persists after disabling hardware acceleration, a crash dump would be really valuable.  Please see the following guide one how to provide actionable information for the crash: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/report-flash-player-crash.html
