Hi Hitomi!

I try out the Adobe Flashplayer 11.2 Beta on IE9! Not solve any Problems on IE9 / Win 7 Ultimate 32 Bit Laptop!

Same Problems! Not support the Transparent Mode and Video Speed is slow!

By the way ---- with the Flashplayer 10.3 it works fine in IE9 / Win 7 Ultimatum 32 bit Laptop!

Firefox and Google Chrom just work fine with Flashplayer 10.3 & and 11.01.152 same Configuration!

Update graphics driver or go to Internet options, Advanced and check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.

Flash hell2.png

At least this bug has forced me to look at other ways of embedding... but sadly NONE of them work in IE9 with Vista.

As a result of this bug, I have three websites that won't display properly now.

PLEASE fix this Adobe. Lots of users still have Vista, and lots of them are using IE9 and the updated Flash player.

And I'm supposed to get my website viewers to all do this?

Just to view these clients' websites that have worked fine for years until this update?

So what would you suggest, a big header at the top of home page saying something like...

"If you are using IE9 and Windows Vista, you must go into your Control Panel,

then into Internet Options, then click the "Advanced" tab,

then check 'Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering'

in order to view this site properly?"

NEXT...

Or better yet,

"To view this website properly you must UNINSTALL the most recent version

of Adobe Flash Player and roll back to the previous version,

if you can find it. Good luck!"

Sorry for being rude man, but it's frustrating. I'm not concerned with MY ability to view the pages properly, just the customers of my clients, and the clients themselves, who are going to see a very messed up looking page and come to me screaming "FIX IT!". They don't have multiple browsers like I do, and many of them are statistically certain to be seeing this atrocity.

I merely confirmed that there is a problem with transparency when one has the combination of older Intel graphics drivers and I.E. 9 and Flashplayer 11 by rolling back to the original OEM graphics driver from the generic Intel graphics driver I am currently using.  So if one has this problem with transparency when using I.E.9 and Flashplayer 11, the current solutions are to either update the graphics driver or to switch from GPU rendering to software rendering.  What you do with this information is not my concern.

FYI,  Borvon page looks fine in IE9 on my Windows7 machine ... looks good on all browsers in Windows7 ...

it's probably got BLACK everywhere there should be transparency in

Vista +IE9.

But I'm upset too, lots of people use Vista.

I saw a beta release for Flash Player 11.2 is out, hopefully the update will be released soon.

I tested on a Vista with SP2 + IE9, with GPU rendering on and off, I didn't see the problem...

Would you mind report a bug on our public bug base http://bugbase.adobe.com/ for this problem so that we can track and investigate more?

Thanks!

Does the video run at half speed when I.E.9 is set to I.E.8 browser mode?

Are all of the videos that you look at on the web with Flash Player and I.E.9 running at half speed?
