It's actually a known bug in Chrome.  It has been reported to Google.  You might need to use a different browser as a workaround until they fix it in a future release.

Hi,

We investigated the issue and it was found that it was an injection of Chromium. It's working fine for other browsers. Link to chromium bug: 675410 - Graphics Tablet Input Device Problems - chromium - Monorail.

In case the issue is reproducible for you on other browsers you may check if you have required drivers for the Wacom installed. If it still exists, please share the following details:

  • Operating system and its version
  • Browser and its version
  • Flash Player version
  • Graphic card used
  • URL on which issue is reproducible for you

Thanks!

Yep, this is a Chrome bug.  You can follow the status of the fix by watching the bug above.  Until a fix is available, you might want to use a different browser as a workaround.
