I have Windows 7, using Firefox with Adobe Flash version 11.2.202.233.
Prior to a Firefox update this week, I had no problems using UStream chat on a live channel, or producing my own program, with no permission box popping up. Today, when I go to a UStream page that has chat, all I get is "loading" where the chat box is and the tabs to switch to video or social stream do nothing when clicked. I can get the live videos just fine. Other videos on other sites work fine as well.
If I open up IE9 and go to UStream, the chat feature works as well as producing my own video, the permission box for Flash comes up. When I right click on the video or chat area, it says that I'm using Adobe Flash 11.1.102.55. When I check programs in the Control Panel, it shows both versions installed.
I'm afraid to delete the older version, afraid that I won't have at least one usable version with UStream.
Any idea if this is a "bug" with Firefox?
After a bit of experimenting, I have discovered that it's Do Not Track Plus that is causing the problem. If I disable that, I get chat and the window for broadcasting come up.

Can you post a screenshot of that box? I have never seen any permission box in my (very similar) environment.

I'm probably not making myself clear.
The permission box is one that pops up asking if the site can use your microphone and video. That doesn't happen when clicking on "go live" with Firefox and the latest Flash. It does however pop up when I use IE9 and the older version of Flash.
This is what I get when using Firefox. The chat doesn't open and just shows a static "Loading..."
This is what it looks like in IE9 with the chat box loaded
And this is the permission box on IE9, with the live dashboard loaded
And this is what happens on Firefox with that same page, the dashboard doesn't load.

Are you still having problems with Firefox? I just gave this a try using the latest Flash Player 11.3 beta 3 release and wasn't able to reproduce this problem on my Mac. I tried with both the original and new broadcaster.

Yes, still the same issue. Nothing has changed. Everything works fine through IE which says I still have the older version of Flash.
