I've been having this problem for the last couple of days. Whenever I try to watch a video outside of youtube or dailymotion, the video only loads about 20 seconds and then stops with a loading circle over it. If I try to resume the video, it starts over and the problem repeats. I've tried reinstalling my Flashplayer and Chrome (my current browser) but nothing seems to be working. I've looked over several solutions but to no avail. If anyone could offer up some help, it would be greatly appreciated. Have a nice day!

Chrome has its own embedded Flash Player ("PepperFlash") so uninstalling and reinstalling the standard plugin, has no effect on it at all. PepperFlash functions independently of the ActiveX and standard plugins.
Try this:
1. Exit chrome, make sure it is not running
2. Using Windows explorer go to C:\users\[user name]\AppData\local\Google\Chrome\User data\Pepperflash
3. Delete the folders you see there
4. Start chrome again, it should work now.
Notes:
[user name] is your logon name.
In order to access the AppData folder, you need to "Show Hidden Files and Folders" in your Folder Options.

I apologize for such a late reply. Thank you very much for your help but unfortunately it didn't seem to fix the problem. I think the problem isn't just videos but all forms of files. If I try to download a file such as adobe reader for example which is several megabytes large, it won't download fully. It'll just stop after several seconds of the download. I've encountered this problem several times before and it is making some work that I must complete become delayed. I appreciate any and all help I can get on this subject. Thank you!

If ALL downloads are giving you problems, you troubles AREN'T with Flash Player or your browser. It's your connection.
Either a firewall setting or your modem/router is malfunctioning.

Oh gotcha. It seems to happen on only this specific computer though. I'll see what else I can do. Thank you for your help.
