When i log on to a website that i use often which plays embeded and non embeded .flv clips, every now and then i get a warning box appearing:

Adobe Flash Player 10

A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 10 to run slowly. If it continues, your computer may become unresponsive.

Do you want to abort the script

YES or NO  (I always press yes !)

Note: It only happens on this one particular website

It has been happening on previous versions of Flash player in the past (2 years or more)

I usually use the uninstall tool and re install from the Adobe Site......goes away for a time but ALWAYS returns

Usually pops up when playing a .flv video clip within the web page flv player thats playing back the clip

Now popping up every15 mins ish and am now really fed up of it !!

I am a non technical user so any actions you suggest i should take, please make sure its described A B C terms.

PLEASE ADVISE HOW I CAN PREVENT THIS WARNING APPEARING

Thanks

Yes, I am at home.

Since it only happens on one particular website, there is obviously something wrong with that site.  Try to contact that site support.
