When playing games on Gsn.com, right clicking is supposed to switch game pieces. Now it started bringing up a settings option box every time over the game play. Anyone know how to fix it?

I suspect your seeing a storage setting dialog appear. My recommendation would be to go into your Flash Player control panel (located in your system settings/preferences), select the "Storage" tab and make sure the option to "Allow sites to save information on this computer" is selected. If that doesn't help, can you provide either the name and contents of the dialog you are seeing or a screenshot?
