Ever since I bought my new HP Laptop that runs Windows 8.1 I get a green screen when I click on the play arrow of a video while using Internet Explorer. The audio works just fine. I just don't get the video while the audio plays.  Any clue what's going on or how to make it work right? Thanks, JIM

Hi,

Thanx for reporting the bug.

It's a driver problem.

Please try following steps:

If there are current drivers available for your graphics hardware, you should update to them.

See the instructions below for instructions on disabling hardware acceleration:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html.

Please disable the hardware acceleration and then try playing the videos.

How to enable or disable software rendering in Internet Explorer.

I tried to right click on the video when it's playing but when the video turns into the green screen and the setings box comes up I don't get the menu that the link shows to access the acceleration feature. I still am stuck with a green screen. The video plays as it should on my cell phone so it's still a problem on my computer. Thanks, BAX
