why is shock wave player showing a green screen for videos

I tried to uninstall and reinstall shock wave player and it still shows a green screen. Would really like to get this problem fixed

Are you seeing this when opening a specific Shockwave link? If so, can you provide the URL? It's difficult to understand what the issue is without more details.
