i have already running internet explorer on win 8.1,

the test flash player keeps telling me: You aren’t running Internet Explorer in Windows 8

I don't know how do i install.

Hi,

Flash Player come embed for IE in window 8 and window 8.1, in order to check whether your IE has flash player or not you can see many of site that has swf content for example Breaking News Videos, Story Video and Show Clips - CNN.com , if you don't face any problem running videos it mean flash player is installed for IE in your machine. In order to update Flash player in Window 8 and Window 8.1 , please update your OS updates.
