i start the download process and towards the end of the process it cancels and kicks me out

Please upload the 2 files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log, saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161.  Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.

Note that AppData is a hidden directory.  If it's not visible, you can manually type it into the address field, or go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files  for instructions on enabling hidden directories.
