Anytime I try watching a video on YouTube, the sound volume will only end up being about half of what it should normally be.

For example, if I watch this video Nate Ruess: Great Big Storm (Audio) - YouTube, the volume will be very low. But when I watch the exact same video using a website that replays YouTube videos automatically (InfiniteLooper - Nate Ruess: Great Big Storm (Audio)), the volume will be as it normally should.

I only get this problem with the YouTube website, as I've tested with Vimeo as well. I uploaded an image of my sound bar (http://i.imgur.com/hkaRj2M.png) and noticed that my flashplayer volume won't go up when I'm on YouTube itself. Help plz, I've had this problem for quite awhile now.
