Здравствуйте Можно ли отключить блокироваку запуска Flash-содержимого в Flash Player после прекращения поддержки для использования на свой собственный страх и риск? даже если это неоффициально или даже опасно.

The short answer is no.  Flash Player will no longer load content from the open web in a few days (we wanted to give administrators a few days to get back to work after the new year and make any last-minute adjustments to their networks).

It doesn't matter if you disable it or not.  Adobe Flash Player is officially dead.
