ActiveX and NPAPI MSI download links are not working

ActiveX MSI and NPAPI MSI installer download links are not working from the Adobe Flash Player Distribution site. Only the PPAPI MSI link is working. All of the EXE links are working okay.  When you click on the ActiveX MSI or NPAPI MSI link it only refreshes the page. Please resolve issue ASAP. Tried from multiple computers and browsers.

I wasn't able to reproduce this 40 minutes ago, but can reproduce now.  I'm escalating the issue.

As there are multiple topics for the same issue, I'm posting updates at Unable to Download the Adobe Flashplayer MSI  .  Please check there for updates.
