If you're using IE or Edge, Microsoft embeds Flash in these browsers and there isn't a separate installer for it. While they do embed Flash Player in IE/Edge, it is disabled by default and the browser prompts the user to enable Flash when the browser detects the content requires Flash.
If you're using Chrome, Google also embeds Flash in Chrome and there is no need to install it separately. Like Microsoft, Google disables Flash in Chrome and prompts the user to enable Flash when it detects the content requires Flash

If you're using a different browser, launch that browser and navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flash to download the Flash Player compatible with the browser you're using.
