I won the Adobe Certified Flash Expert exam in 2013. Now I need the pdf version of this certificate.

Where can I download?

The Flash Player team wouldn't know about certifications, but my guess is that if you actually completed the certification through Adobe itself, then you'd want to talk to the folks that offer those certifications:
