To add a bit more to what @Test Screen Name said, Flash Player is End of Life now and not supported. Even if you could install it, most browsers won't allow you to use it for security reasons.
Schools & content developers had 3-1/2 years notice that Flash Player was ending in Dec 2020. You should ask your school or CD publisher for replacement content that does not require Flash Player.

No, I'm afraid not. You need new content made with different tools.
