Adobe Connect

I have an online course in college that requires Adobe Connect, which I was able to access this morning completely fine after downloading flash. However when I tried to log on again it says I need flash 13.0 or higher. I redownloaded it and still says I need flash. I allowed flash on the site as well and it still said the same thing.
