I understand that Active X is now tied to Windows Updates for Edge, but I have several machines upgraded to Win 10 build 1903, and FlashUtil_ActiveX.exe is still at v32.0.0.156.  The current version is 32.0.0.270.

Any ideas?  Microsoft Edge is on the latest version on both machines. (v11.0.18362.418)

Microsoft generally won't ship Flash Player updates for IE and Edge on Windows 8+ at this point unless they have security changes, so there isn't a guarantee that the currently available IE/Edge build will match the current version for other targets.

If updates aren't arriving that is something to take up with Microsoft. Have you verified the version of Flash expected to be in that Windows build?

That said, the current version for IE and Edge is Flash Player 32.0.0.255 (vs. 32.0.0.270 for other targets), so you do seem to be behind.  Those updates are delivered directly via Windows Update.

If you haven't rebooted in a while, you may just have some updates pending for after your next restart.  I'd start there, and then do a manual check for updates if that doesn't sort it out.  I'm assuming that these are personal machines, and not members of a enterprise organization -- in which case, a conversation with your friendly neighborhood IT person is probably in order.

Hmm, also you cannot use the Windows build number to show systems are the same. You also need to compare the full list of updates...
