I am dealing with the building department at the City of Beverly Hills. They send comments on plans that require Adobe Flash to read. It is not on my computer but they provided a link to download which doesn't work. I tried finding Adobe Flash on the Adobe website on my own without success. I clicked on the live support button. He tried sending me links to a download page (here: Are you sure you clicked this link https://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/) which landed me on an "Adobe Flash Player EOL General Information Page", with no link to download Flash. He said he saw the link in the upper right corner. I have included a screen grab of the page his link took me to. I see no download button as he claimed. Not sure how the same link could take him and me to different pages. In any event, I can't read these urgent documents without Flash. Any assistance or recommendations would be appreciated.

At this point, Flash Player has reached it's End Of Life.  For background, here's the original announcement from 2017:

Hopefully, Beverly Hills has moved on to a solution that no longer requires Flash Player.

If they're struggling to find a workable solution, they might want to engage with our support partner HARMAN to discuss possible options.

More details on options for enterprise in general and HARMAN's offerings can be found in the ente

Flash Player is closing down for everyone at the end of 2020 and it's alarming that the City still demand it. I'm guessing you have Safari 14 on a Mac. If so, Apple closed it down early for you. You can use Chrome for a few weeks more.

The Flash Player download page detects the OS and browser to offer the compatible Flash Player plugin.  Apple dropped support for Flash Player in Safari 14, released in Sept 2020, ahead of Flash Player's end-of-life at the end of 2020.

If you require Flash Player prior to then, use one of the other supported browsers:

All browser vendors block Flash Player by default.  If you're having difficulty viewing Flash content after installing it, go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html for assistance.
