Hi, I'm running a Windows 10 PC.

Adobe Flash doesn't work when I use YouTube Enhancements, it gives an error message which states "this video editing tools require a modern version of flash"

less than a second later, it gives a white screen. I've already installed Adobe Flash Player 25 PPAPI for Google Chrome & it still doesn't work.

This is the log when I typed chrome://flash on my Google Chrome URL address bar

Please refer to the Google FAQ Adobe Flash isn't working - Google Chrome Help

If none of those options work, try the following:

  • launch chrome
  • navigate to chrome://flags/#prefer-html-over-flash
  • This will most likely be set to Default.  Change it to Disabled
  • Reload the browser.

Hi,

As of Windows 8/10 Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and all Flash Player for IE updates are released by Microsoft, not Adobe.  You'll need to run Windows Update to update Flash Player for IE on Windows 10.

Please refer to the Google FAQ Adobe Flash isn't working - Google Chrome Help

Please refer to the Edge FAQ Troubleshooting Flash Player on Microsoft Edge

Please refer to IE FAQ  Flash Player Issues | Windows 10 | Internet Explorer

For Firefox and Opera,

You may try the offline installer. Follow these steps :

1)Download the uninstaller from: Uninstall Flash Player for Windows

2) Open the page: Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier

Under the heading "Still having problems" click on the specific link to NPAPI/PPAPI plugin.

3) Ensure all the browsers are closed. Run the uninstaller and then the offline installer.

If the problem persists, please write back to us.

Thanks!

THIS IS AWFUL.......

HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITHIN THE YEAR OF 2018......

YOUTUBE STATES "An Error has occurred, Please try again later."

I've tried again and again, later and later for days now... and Adobe doesn't work for Youtube quality videos.

This is SAD

Please don't post the same thing to multiple topics.  You've already posted at ADOBE FLASH PLAYER DOESNT WORK WITH YOUTUBE...

Considering this topic is over 1 year old, and YouTube doesn't use Flash, I'm going to lock it.
