Adobe Flash Player Blocked by end 2020

Why is this happening?  Is it an issue to take up with Microsoft?  My security camera access uses Adobe Flash.  Should I also check with them to see how they plan to address the loss of the player?

Yes, tale it up with the makers of the security camera. They have known about this for 3 years, time enough for them to sort it out, if they want to. You are absolutely right that it will stop working if nothing is done.
