I have downloaded the new adobe flash player sever times but it still tells me to install when I try to watch videos on my computer. I always restart the browser and restart the computer sometimes to and it still tells me I need the newest version.
so I checked and it said I didn't have it installed after I re installed
it. So then I looked further down the link you sent and went to preferences
and say that it wasn't allowing "plug in" which was supposed to be checked.
Problem solved!!! Thank you!

HI charlenerenea,
Please perform a clean uninstall, How to perform a "clean install" of Flash Player in Mac OS X, and then use the offline/standalone installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac page, in the 'Still having problems' section.
Thank you.

Hi charlenerenea,
I'm confused. You stated you still couldn't view the video's and then that it helped. Are you able to view video's? What helped?
What browser are you using?
What sites (URL) and video's are not displaying?

Hi charlenerenea,
Great. Thank you for clarifying the solution. I wasn't sure if you were referring to my comment or CK's post.
Thanks again, and I'm glad you were able to resolve the issue and can now view the videos.
