I too am using aarch64 Armbian OS on my arm processor.  Could you please post the source code for the Adobe Flash Plugin so that the development community can make it part of the packages to be used by the Linux OS?

Are you aware that Flash Player is being deprecated in all major browsers, and there is a commitment to completely remove it from availability by the end of 2020? Your efforts might be better spent in talking to the people who are still running Flash-based sites and persuading each one to redo their sites immediately. It's more likely anyway, than Adobe releasing the source code to you, since it's hard imagine how it could be removed from availability once the source code was out there.
