Flash Player will not allow me to download it since it comes in Windows 10.  However the test says that Adobe Flash Player is disabled, and it showed hot to turn it on.  However, it is already turned on.  I toggled the switch a few times, but Flash Player does not work.  What now?

Hi,

To enable Flash Player for Edge/IE browsers please follow the steps mentioned on below pages:

Adobe Flash Player issues with Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge)

Flash Player Issues | Windows 10 | Internet Explorer

Check if Flash is not working for some particular website or you are unable to view any Flash Content. To test the same you can try Adobe - Flash Player page.

In addition to this please check if you have the Windows 10 Creators Update installed.  To verify the same go to Settings > System > About.  If Version is 1703 and OS Build is 15063.96 you have the Creators Update. If thats the case please reply back here. There are some different set of steps to be followed.

Thanks!
