Adobe Flash Player interferes with games

I've been playing some games thru facebook and a couple of days ago I couldn't get into the games and a box came up stating that I needed  11.1.0 or higher. I have that but still can't play the games and box still appears. Any help would be appreciated.

Which operating system are you working on. Please specify the browser and its version on which you are trying to use flash player. Also, please specify the version of flash player that you are using, if any.
