Adobe Flash Player is having trouble (Xfinity Live Stream/Windows 10)

Everything was working fine until the message appeared on Xfinity page that Adobe Flash Player needed to be updated.

Xfinity is my internet provider and I cannot Live Stream.

Windows 10 is my operating System.

I followed all the instructions in downloading the latest Adobe Flash Player and the same message keeps appearing. 

When checking to see if the download was completed, the animation works just fine.

When I log back into Xfinity Live Stream, a message appears again and again that Adobe Flash Player is having trouble.https://customer.xfinity.com/Overview/?CMP=nav_myaccount__re
