Adobe Flash Player is not working to watch a training video on this site which I've added/allowed on "Flash" of Google Chrome's Search Settings; however, I've checked the Flash Player on the Adobe Support Center and it's working/successfully installed, the "clouds" are moving in the animation.  I've researched and watched videos to fix this issue which didn't helped. So what could be the problem??? I'm very frustrated.

Hello Robert,

I am trying to watch additional taining videos on this site

http://www.caregivertraininguniversity.com/Videos.aspx/Introduction

When I clicked on one of the video, it says to "right click" to play Adobe

Flash Player; yet, tere is no video picture but a bar that displays the

buttons to play, volume, fulle screen, and video time. I went on "Task

Manager" and clicked on "Shockwave Flash Plugnin" and end process. It

displayed a "sad face" and Adobe....crash, so I clicked reload. However,

it tells me to "right click" to play Adobe Flash Player then I clicked on

settings and checked "enabled hardware acceleration." I'm still not able

to access Adobe Flash Player on this site. Thank you for your support and

immediate response.

Sincerely,

Shirlyn
