I can't get my Adobe Flash Player to work on either of my cmputers. I wasn't having any issues and now it's not working. I have done everything I can find online, including going into my Preferences/Websites on Safari, and I don't see the Flash plugin there. I have uninstalled and installed and nothing is working.

What is the link to the content that isn't working?

All supported browsers block/disable Flash by default.  If the browser detects the content requires Flash, it'll prompt the user to enable Flash.  For Chrome, see https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784 for assistance.

If you have Safari 14, one of the exciting new features Apple put in it, is blocking Flash forever, a few months ahead of the curve.

Yikes. I tried on Chrome, too, and that didn’t work either.
