Flash Player has never been supported on iOS devices, including iPad.  To view Flash on iOS devices use a browser that renders Flash in the cloud.  An internet search for something like Flash Player browser iPad will return several results.

No it is not. Please do not post false information on these forums that will lead to confusion.

Flash has never been supported on iPad.  You will not find a legitimate Flash Player app for iOS.  What is possible is for users to install a browser that renderes Flash in the cloud, as I stated in my previous reply.
