Flash Player is not supported on any mobile devices (Android, iOS, etc).  On these, your option is to use a browser that renders Flash in the cloud.  Performing an internet search for something like 'Flash browser Android' should return some results.

after intensive test puffin-browser is the best for me (as long as their cloud is accepted in your country)
