Google, along with all Flash Player supported browsers, will continue to support Flash Player until end of December, when Flash Player reaches end-of-life.

With that said, all browsers are disabling/blocking Flash by default, forcing users to enable it, on a per-site basis and delete the users' preference when the browser is closed/exited out of.

To troubleshoot Flash Player in Chrome, see Google's support document https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784.  If Google's recommendations don't help, provide the following information:

  • Operating system, including version
  • Direct link to content that is not workig
  • Description of behaviour you are experiencing when attempting to view Flash content.
    • If there's an error message, post a screenshot of the error message.
