Adobe Professional CS5.5 supported after 12/31/2020????

Will Adobe Professional CS5.5 work locally on my machine after 12/31/2020 if I uninstall Adobe Flash Player as instructed?

It hasn't been supported for 10 years. But I see no reason to suppose it will stop working when Flash Player goes away, though a few small parts of it might.
