Adobe secuity warning pop up

Hi,

After visiting a music site to listen, not download, the site player did not work so I left.  Seconds later, two page-sized pop-ups appeared:  one for some kind of porn game and the other with an Adobe Flash security alert suggesting an update download.

I closed the Adobe page before taking a screen shot but copied the url/link from my history - there's a screenshot of the game and the url/links as well, with security spaces:
