Adobe won't install

It shows "Application Initialization Error" with a yellow Finish button. When I click the Finish button, it takes me to the official Adobe Downloading page.

Old Adobe is uninstalled; have checked the same but New Adobe won't install.

• If you're on a Windows system:
  • We'll need to review the Flash install log files to troubleshoot.  Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows?  and provide all of the files listed on the FAQ.  After gathering all of the files, upload them to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document  and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.

• If you're on a Mac system:
  • This is caused by extracting the installer APP from the mounted DMG.  Launch the installer directly from the mounted DMG file without extracting the APP file to some other location.

Windows cannot find C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall32.log

when I run the thing
