Adobe won't install

It shows "Application Initialization Error" with a yellow Finish button. When I click the Finish button, it takes me to the official Adobe Downloading page.

Old Adobe is uninstalled; have checked the same but New Adobe won't install.

  • If you're on a Mac system:
    • This is caused by extracting the installer APP from the mounted DMG.  Launch the installer directly from the mounted DMG file without extracting the APP file to some other location.
