Me too, I'm fed up with doing the update and being told to do it continually. Why is this?

To provide assistance, please provide the following:

  • Operating system version
  • Web browser and version
  • Flash Player version
  • Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
  • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
  • If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot

However, you most likely just need to enable Flash in the browser as essentially all major browser vendors now disable Flash by default.

Please provide the direct link to the site in question so that I can attempt to reproduce.

You most likely need to enable Flash in the browser.  See Using Chrome on roaming user profiles - Chrome for business and education Help for assistance.  Chrome blocks Flash by default and forces users to enable it per site.  Even if the URL changes within the same site, for example, www.cnn.com is not the same as go.cnn.com.

I'm wondering if that uploader pop-up comes from another domain, which you also need to authorize.
