AIR 27 for iOS compile error - Error: Unable to access jarfile

Hi,

I used a previous fla file in Animate CC 2017 to test AIR 27 for iOS. During publishing the IPA app file, an error disrupted the publishing process -

Error creating files.

Error: Unable to access jarfile C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Animate CC 2017/AIR27.0/lib/ADT.jar

The fla file has been working with previous AIR for mobile up to AIR 25 (we didn't test with AIR 26).

The dev environment is PC Windows 10, with Adobe Animate CC 2017, AIR 27.0.0.104 for iOS.

Please advise any ways to fix this. Thank you for your help.

That looks odd. The latest release version only comes with AIR 25, and if you have downloaded and are using AIR 27 you would not normally put it into the Animate folder.

If you go into the Manage Adobe AIR SDK... menu and remove AIR 27, then add it in again from where you downloaded it, that could straighten things out.

While you're doing that you may as well download yesterday's build 116 update, it could have useful fixes in it:

Download Adobe AIR 27 Beta - Adobe Labs

Thanks for your help, Colin. This issue is resolved. I downloaded the latest AIR 27, removed last version, and re-assigned the SDK to Adobe Animate. It publishes fine now.
