i can watch live tv with all4 on chrome but cannot watch programmes that i have been watching on my phone. i get an install or update message and neither link goes to anything. i'm annoyed and tech help online just fob me off to the community site . please help

You should definetely contact the website developers as it's not a Flash API problem.

Flash Player isn't supported on mobile mobile devises (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).  To view Flash content on a mobile device you can use a browser, such as Puffin, that renders Flash in the cloud.
