Amd64's flash util file came out, 
it deletes another flash, should I delete this too?

Also consult your browser's documentation about removing plugins and add-ons.

I'm guessing that you're on Windows 8 or higher, and you're looking at either the Windows Update catalog, or one of the local stores for Windows Update files. 

On Windows 8 and higher, Microsoft controls the locations where the ActiveX Flash Player lives.  We can't write or delete files from those locations.  To remove the ActiveX version of Flash Player distributed by Microsoft, you can apply the appropriate Windows Update manually, or wait for them to push it out later as a mandatory update.

For copies of Flash Player distributed by Adobe, you can simply download and run our uninstallers:
