Windows 10 machine using IE11 version 11.850.15063 with embedded Flash player 28.0.0.137.
Flex app which uses AS class Accessibility.active to detect screen reader is always showing true while debugging on Windows 10 machine. App not acting correctly as it's considering me visually disabled. Narrator built in seems to be only screen reader on my Windows 10 machine but is not enabled. Does anyone know what else could be setting Accessibility.active to true?

Yes, this is a thing. IE and Edge on Win10 always tell us that accessibility is enabled.
We reported the issue to Microsoft several months ago, but are not currently aware of a planned update to change that behavior.
If this is causing problematic behavior in your application, we would recommend that you implement a workaround in ActionScript (i.e. expose a user defined preference that toggles the problematic behavior, provide a GET variable that overrides the accessibility option, etc).

Your recommendation is what we'll need to do. Thanks!
