Flash Player is installed on the client, not the server.  If you have Flash content on your site, you can implement Flash detection to see if your customer's browser has Flash installed or not. If it does, then your Flash content will display (or the browser will prompt the user to enable Flash as most browser vendors are disabling Flash by default).  If your customer does not have Flash installed, then you can prompt them to install it.  For more information see Detection, installation, and administration for assistance.
