Current versions of Captivate output to Javascript and HTML5, and current versions of Animate output to HTML5 Canvas.  The best option would be to move off Flash Player.  While there are ways to limp along with Flash Player (which have been discussed at length in many posts here), it's really painful.  It's time to move on.
