Can someone Please tell me how to enable adobe flash

I am about to lose my mind! I just got a nook like 3 weeks ago and I can't figure out how to enable my adobe flash player. So I've been having a really hard time trying to watch videos on youtube. Will some kind soul help me out and write back to me telling me how to enable it Please?

Nook is an e-ink book reader, and I doubt the device will support things like Flash Player.  I have no idea how they could make that work with an e-ink display.

It's designed to be a device to read ebooks, not a device to surf the internet. Additionally, it runs the Android Operating System and Adobe stopped ALL development of Flash for Android in July of 2012.
