Can't allow Flash always

I have a brand new computer and Flash came on it. I have a free membership plan from a previous laptop and am having trouble keeping flash on a game I play on facebook. It only allows it to work once. How do I change this so it's always on?

All major browsers have now blocked the “always” option, and plan to make it more annoying still in the coming year before they block Flash completely.
