Running Mac OS High Sierra, Safari 11, Flash player 28.0.0.137. Since upgrading to High Sierra, I am unable to upload data to a website (Jigidi). Solution is to deselect Safe Mode. However, I am unable to use the procedure described to deselect safe mode. When I so to the safari preferences Security tab, I am instructed to hold down the alt key and click on website name. This is supposed to give me a pop-up menu, but nothing happens - no pop-up menu. Hope someone will know how to fix this!

Looks like step 4 (While holding down the Options/Alt key on your keyboard, click the website name) is incorrect.  It should be:

While holding down the Options/Alt key on your keyboard, click on the menu corresponding to the website name

I'll submit an update to the tech note.
