can't get flash player compatible with the browser

I have just facing and unusuall error that when ever i play a video on my [link removed] does not play it.

I have an error when I try to use Flash Player on my Mac Book Pro version 13.02. This course can not be open  because the play is unavailable  in your browser. How can I fixed?
