Can't get MSI installer for learning purposes

I am frustrated because I am attempting to learn how to distribute the adobe flash player to a virtual machine using a virtual server.  I am doing this for my own personal knowledge therefore I don't have a business email address to apply for the distribution license.  Is there any way that I could get the license to download the MSI installer without having a business email address?

No, sorry.  Access to the MSI installers requires a valid redistribution license.  In order to obtain the redistribution license, you'll need to meet the requirements for the license application.
