After I download the .exe files, I close all my browsers and when I try to install the new upgrade, I get an error message stating that all my browsers are open (Chrome) when in fact all are closed.

can't solve this. Can someone help me with this?

Thanks

It's possible a Chrome process is still running in the background, or some other application is identifying itself as Chrome.

Go to Task Manager, locate the Chrome process(es) still running and terminate them.
