cannot download npapi flash msi installer

Hi. I am trying to download the npapi flash msi installer from https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution5.html and instead of downloading, it just refreshes the page.  I am able to download the others just fine

You might give it a try from an incognito window, just in case it's something wonky with your session state.

If that doesn't help, please shoot me a private message with the name of the organization and the email you applied for the license with and I'll be happy to forward it along to the distribution team for further investigation.

Just an update, there's a known issue with the distribution pages, and the distribution team is working to resolve it.
