I'm not sure how it got installed on one of my new Windows 2016 servers, but I am unable to completely remove Adobe Flash from the server. The files still exist (esp Flash64_15_0_0_152.ocx), cannot be deleted, and the registry entries cannot be deleted either. This is a BIG vulnerability. Microsoft embeds Flash Player ActiveX Control in Window Server (2012 and newer) and it is enabled via enabling Desktop Experience. Disabling/removing Desktop Experience should remove it. If you've disabled Desktop Experience and Flash Player ActiveX Control artifacts (e.g. file, registry entries, etc) remain, please contact Microsoft for assistance.
